2. Please ensure to mark the subject as “Technical” if you encounter any technical issues that require attention. When reporting an issue, please provide the following information: your Internet Service Provider’s name (such as Airtel, Jio, etc.), your IP address (which can be found by searching “what is my IP” on Google), your Operating System along with its version (Windows 7- 32 bit, Windows 10- 64 bit, MacOS, etc.), your Browser name and version (Chrome Version 85.0.4183.100 32-bit, Firefox 80.0.1 64-bit, etc.), and details on any ad-blocker or custom extensions/firewall/anti-virus programs that you are using.
3. If you have a complaint about any content that needs to be removed, please mark the subject as “DMCA Content Removal“. To ensure a fast response, we recommend that you submit a proper DMCA. If you are not familiar with the process, please provide us with your name, address, contact number, and a valid ID proof. Also, please provide us with details of the link that needs to be removed, such as the URL to the post, image, or video. Please note that submitting wrong or fake details may result in the ticket being unattended.
4.  If you are looking forward to seeing a particular content on PornFestive, kindly mark the subject as “Video Request”. We will publish it if found feasible. However, please refrain from spamming us with requests, as it could lead to blocking.
5. For faster response, mark the subject as “Advertising” and include company name, address, contact name, and number if interested in advertising on PornFestive.

Things NOT to do:

1. Do not send multiple emails with the same content. You may resend only one more if you haven’t received a response within 12-48 hours. Responses may be delayed during weekends and national holidays.
2. Furnish accurate details while reaching out to us. If the information provided is found to be invalid, the ticket will be marked as closed/spam.
